“Hotel discreto con una scadente colazione”

“The airport shuttle never showed. I called multiple times and they told me they should be there soon. I ultimately waiting 2 hours and another hotel shuttle ended up seeing me 2-3 times and took me. The hotel staff didn’t care.”

“Everything was clean but the elevator broke down and no one seemed to know when it would be fixed or how to help us get to a higher floor when one of our party has a disability. It was not handled well by the manager.”

“Stanza pulita con finestra apribile, arredo essenziale e gradevole, doccia grande, biancheria di buon livello. Colazione soddisfacente, macchietta per jl caffè e micronde disponili in camera. Ottimo il servizio shuttle da/per aeroporto. L'hotel si trova a dustanza percirribile a piedi da Penña Station da cui si raggiunge la città in pochi minuti. ”

“Staff was friendly and helped with the reservation, but didn’t have any ideas about things to do near by. $4.65 is ridiculous to charge for a bottle of Mountain Dew.”

“our bathroom facet had a leak and was dripping, it was very humid in the room. the pillows are VERY flat. after using the shower when the shower door opens and the water drips from the door it runs into the entryway of the room and it’s a hard floor so you can slip. needs bigger bathroom rugs. it enough outlets and they are very hard to put a charging plug into. $21/day to park. the neighborhood is very sketchy but the hotel has good security.”

“rooms were decent size, balcony was a nice touch. bed pretty comfy. pool itself was nice, water temperature was good, area around pool was messy, food plates left on tables, tables dirty. on top of your room rate, breakfast was 22 bucks a person and 17 bucks a night to park your car. location was good, close to I25 and places to eat close by. seems like they nickel and dime you with the extras but maybe most places do that these days....”

“I arrived late for check in. The parking lot was completely full. Literally no place to park.”

“They over book and still charge you for king size beds while giving you a full, once you finally get someone at the check in desk to help you. The rooms aren't finished. There's holes in the wall, missing trim, paint marks, etc all over. There was hair and dirt bits in the bed meaning they didnt change the sheets. They left the bar of soap from the previous guests by the sink. The fridge stunk of rotten food. Thei "breakfast" is a joke. The o ly hot things they provide are DIY waffles that...
